“Easy to apply for tax rebate although took a long time between applying and getting the money. They don’t make it that clear that they take 25% of your claim as a fee AND that you are taxed on that fee.”

“I contacted them to find out if I was due a rebate, they contacted me back giving me a rough estimate on how much I was owed... actually ended getting abit more than their estimation, their cut is a fairly hefty one though, swings and roundabouts”

“Service was fast and there was no hassle what's so ever, and I got a very good rebate. Disappointed however, that at no time did I see a mention of a percentage being taken from my rebate for completing the job, especially at a 30% commission, but I understand you have to make money somehow. Thanks”
