“Did get me a rebate but was informed they take 20% of what you get but it's 20% +vat + administration fee so more like 30% But cash I wouldn't have had without them”

“I think that your charges are quite unrealistic to be frank with you. HMRC had already sent me a cheque for £208.00 previously but it was cancelled when I submitted it to my Halifax account. Then I received a cheque off yourselves for £60ish pounds less but had to put it in my account as I was so short of money at that time!!!!”
