Although March and April are very busy times for HMRC, I can see that your claim was still processed well within the quoted timescale of 8-12 weeks. I am sorry you feel we took more fees then we should have, but I can assure you that is not the case and we are more then happy to provide you with a detailed breakdown of exactly what we charged.
