“I received my tax back thanks to tax rebate as I couldn't find anything on the government web sight to help me find out if I'd overpaid tax , and you do not automatically get any tax back unless you claim it !”

Hi Colleen, thank you for your review. I would add that our fee is made very clear throughout the claim process and would have been displayed to you 2-3 times, so you would have been aware of the fee prior to proceeding with your claim. It is also a fair reflection of the work that is involved in recovering such a large sum of money for you.

“The service provided was great however the time it took to respond after I had put my claim in was unforgivable and the process fee was not presented clearly which meant I didn't know it existed. I thought I was getting a fantastic service to then get hit with over 100 pounds of fees for the service. Its atrocious!!!!!!!”

Hi Sam, thank you for your review, they are all appreciated whether positive or negative. I would disagree that our fee isn't clear enough, it is stated throughout our website, again before you submit your claim, and in first line of the T&C's you have to tick & agree to. We also recovered tax from 4-5 years ago, which you would not have got back otherwise (you would have had it by now if HMRC were going to refund it automatically). Our fee is a fair reflection of the work that is involved in claiming back this money - If you had not claimed with us, you would not have paid a £100 fee but neither would you now have over £300!
