“Really slow delivery. Claim they send out in 3 days, almost 2 weeks later…. Then Royal Mail didn’t bother to leave a card & the stuff was sat at the neighbours. When we finally got it, loads of the fresh stuff had gone mouldy. All in all. Really poor. Won’t order again”

Hi Fiona, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can see that your order was sent out and delivered to your neighbour (as no-one was in at the time) and it was not picked up. This information was provided on the tracking information you were sent via email. We are can add specific delivery instructions if customers are happy to leave the order in a safe space, but there was none provided on this occasion. In future, I would recommend checking the tracking information, as this will let you know when a parcel has been delivered to a neighbour.

“A few years ago I used tastesmith and really enjoyed the curry’s. However trying them again recently I was disappointed. It took 2 weeks for the delivery and the curry itself was tasteless. Won’t be trying again”

Hi Paul, I'm sorry to hear about your feedback. On this occasion, you informed us that your delivery address was incorrect after your parcel had already been dispatched. Once our parcels are with our couriers, we are not able to divert them to a new address.

“I've been using Tastesmiths currys for several years now & have sampled a number of the range: Korma; Makani; Tikka; Rogan Josh; Balti; Persian Koresh(a personal favourite), Timatar Masala & they've all been relatively easy to follow & prepare. The option to choose how much chilli to add is left up to you to decide. Each pack comes with several chillis to add or not depending on your preference. This is great for my wife who has an eating disorder & can't tolerate any chillis whatsoever & loves the creamy Korma. Simple instructions easy to follow fully recommended”

“Arrived approximately a week after ordering with a useby date of approximately 4 weeks. Will have to freeze some as we won't eat that many curries in that time frame. Unfortunately the green chillies began to go mouldy within 2 weeks of delivery. However the 2 curries we've had so far have been easy to prepare and cook,and tasted very good”

“I’m just cooking a Persian Khoresh for six of us tonight, with chicken and sweet corn. It was going to be for four, but some friends have heard how good it is and asked if they could join us. I’m doing Persian rice with it and flatbreads, cooked on a hot plate. I’m looking forward to eating this tonight.”
