“Our daughter bought one of your blanket scarfs for a wedding and was so delighted with it and the service, she lives in Canada and it arrived so promptly, she told me about your company as I was also looking for a wrap for a wedding, I ordered one and I just love it, it is so warm and cosy and such fantastic quality. “I bought a knee blanket and a larger one to use on the bed in colder nights. They are just what I wanted. Quick delivery. Good price. Well packaged. I've even been online again viewing the knee blankets and will buy another couple. They are really good and excellent value. Thank you. Anyone wanting a professional service. “Tartan Blanket Co. has become my “ go to” for baby gifts. They are adored by the new mothers! So sad, that too often a plaid or pattern that I want to purchase are out of stock for quite a while or discontinued. I hope it gets better in the future! There is nothing like these anywhere in the USA that I could find in stores or online.”

“Product and packaging are excellent. However, your chosen courier (Royal Mail) offers a very poor service and you should change to a more customer-friendly company like DPD or Yodel. Royal Mail make no effort to offer delivery to a "safe place" or designated neighbour, so if you are out when they happen to call they just take the parcel away again and force you to wait 24hrs before collecting it from their offices. Hopeless!”

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with Royal Mail, we don't often get this feedback. When luxury items are sent by a tracked service it's common for them not to leave the parcel in case it goes missing and makes it to you safely.
