“The SMSTS refresher was carried out by Mel over the course of 2no days. I must say that Mel is extremely knowledgeful and has provided with key updates and key insights for the course. It has been a dynamic course with a lot of dialogs which allowed me to absorb the maximum amount of information. I will highly recommend Mel to anyone undergoing this course.”
