“I'd not yet done a course online and was slightly sceptical about how good it would be. From the outset Mel was great at conducting the group on the online platform and was quick to help anyone with issues. The content delivered by Mel was clear and easy to follow. The screen breaks were well managed and helped maintain focus of the group throughout the day. Mel's willingness to allow the group to share personal experiences and have discussions about various topics was refreshing and helped with the overall enjoyment over the two days. Without hesitation, I would happily do any future training with targetzero.”

“The course content was very informative and the information was aimed in such a way that it was easily understood by all the participants. The instructor Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the subject and was very helpful in explaining and guiding us through the subjects covered. We gained all the knowledge we needed to understand and able to complete the exam at the end of the course. It was very enjoyable as we were all encouraged to participate even if we didn’t know the answer, the videos were a great learning aid and reinforced the learning experience. Fantastic course would highly recommend.”
