“Very well delivered was unsure about online course as not the best with technology but Nikki explained everything well and made the course engaging 👍👍”

“Content of course should be reviewed (by CITB), as topics are quite basic. It might be worth to distinguish between office based and site base "site managers", as those usually have different roles. The tutor, Frankley Scott, was good. He explained all points well and made sure everyone understood him. Sometimes his audio signal was not the best. Eg reviewing the headset used.”

Only let down is a last minute email informing the course book required for the course was now going to be sent via online link with the joining instructions however the link was not given resulting in a delayed start to the course.”
