“Course was very good; informative, relevant and important. Nikki was an excellent facilitator; engaging and clearly hugely experienced. The only criticism concerns the book GE706. The fact that the page numbers of the book and the page count at the bottom were four pages out of sync was a stressful and unnecessary problem which we really didn't need in the pressured environment of the course. Also there were problems with the app download. This aspect of the training was rather shoddy and needs improving ASAP as valuable training time was wasted on it.”

“The course was well led by John, his presentation & delivery was excellent The negatives: XAS Coursework book - Entered work kept disappearing, this was extremely frustrating & kept happening all of the way through the course, several candidates experienced this issue. This needs to be looked at by the CITB Exam paper - with 15mins left to go of the exam, my exam paper disappeared, I was told to use the link again, my exam paper opened EMPTY, therefore I only had 10mins to answer the entire exam paper - Lucky to pass the exam! Again the CITB needs to look at this issue”
