“Mel is a great trainer/tutor, Mels speaks clearly and at at slow speed and makes learning easy. H&S courses can be boring but Mel encouraged group engagement , gave real-time experiences, pictures and diagrams. Mel made training via Zoom easy. I would recommend using this training platform.”
