“Our dream house came on the market that my partner and I had always loved. Ours was not on the market yet and we went online to explore bridging finance, the thought of it worried us a bit. After we spoke with Target, they explained what exactly bridging loans were and how they worked. What impressed us most was that they were very informative and explained all the disadvantages and potential problems of bridging loans and provided us a full breakdown of rates and costs. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and we are delighted with our new home.”
