“Very impressed with my first experience of using Taps Empire Had not heard of them before but after checking reviews, I decied to order a basin that on many other sites was only sold with the pedestal. My basin was damaged so only needed the basin itself. Was impressed with the price but moreso with the free delivery. Simple ordering process and it turned up in perfect condition Only one criticism, the courier left it by front door, didn't ring bell or knock door and I was at home at the time! Why could gthey have not at least attempted to ensure it was handed over securely?? However, no fault or blame on Taps Empire. I will definitely use them again. For info, I am a tradesman.”

“Would of been 5 star, but the Post office said it was out for delivery on tracking but did not arrive on the Saturday but on Monday afternoon. Product genuine and installed, all good”
