Thanks for your feedback. For direct home delivery of certain bulky items, the telephone number is provided on the delivery note to enable drivers to call an hour before delivery - to confirm that the order is on its way. However, if you prefer not to receive a pre-delivery phone call (if applicable for your next order), please let us know we can certainly make an exception.

“I switched my bathroom orders to Taps Empire having been let down by other suppliers who advertised 3-4day delivery that changed to 4 weeks once the order was taken! TE are very clear about what they do / do not have and have really helped me by suggesting products and expediting delivery to enable my project to stay on track. Customer service has been excellent, very clear communication and willing to change products/orders quickly & efficiently. Delivery was within 2-3 business days and the product quality is good. Prices are super competitive as well Highly recommend”

“I switched my bathroom orders to Taps Empire as the first supplier took my order & money, then waited for me to chase them before telling me that the 3 day delivery on their website was going to be 4 weeks. Taps Empire have been excellent, they are clear upfront re what they have/don't have; have super competitive prices and expedited my orders as I had lost time with the first Supplier. Customer services have been prompt and responsive to help me out. Highly recommend”
