“Mayfair Palazzo tap started dripping upon fitting a week before Christmas. Despite emails from Tap Empire stating they'd asked the manufacturer to contact me I've had no further contact. Would suggest purchasing elsewhere.”

“I was in the process of ordering a shower on line from a well known plumbing supplier but as soon as I entered my postcode, (I live in the Orkney Islands) I was informed that this was outside their standard delivery area and I should phone customer services to arrange delivery. I tried, nobody answered so I searched again and found Taps Empire where the same shower was cheaper and no questions asked about delivering to my area. It arrived today and I am delighted.”
