“Item was ordered in good time to meet my plumbers needs. No communication from them when it didn’t arrive as expected. Had to call to ask and was told it was taken to the wrong distribution centre. Had to put unhappy plumbers on hold and has meant our bathroom will be out of action for more time.”

“good fast delivery time from Taps Empire and the box was packaged well. The product was installed by our kitchen fitter who said he was impressed by the fittings and was relatively straightforward to install. have been using the tap for about four weeks now, flow is great and easy to operate. Changes quickly and smoothly from hot to cold”

“Order was dealt without any fuss, they phoned me to arrange delivery day to suit me .Goods arrived as described on day via courier ( only problem was courier didn’t phone me 1 hour before to give me time to arrange someone to be home when order arrived.I assume no fault of taps empire.) Would definitely purchase again when required.”
