“Bought their Clearwater Emporia kitchen mixer tap to replace an aging Franke product. Needed a very specific format and the Clearwater tap fitted the bill very well. Taps Empire processed the order very efficiently and the tap arrived on time and in good order. The tap itself is of excellent quality. All metal parts including the pull-out spout. The only plastic component is the backing plate fitted under the tap and holding it firmly in place but it appears to be made of durable material and will avoid problems of corrosion suffered with taps using a mild steel plate to do the same job. It is now fitted and performing well. Didn't bothered to fit the heavy weight to the flexible hose which connects the pull-out hose as the return action is pretty smooth. H Bendell.”
