“Tap Empire, was on the phone to me about a end of line item that was no longer in production, an alternitve was agreed and the order was in my home the very next day, great communication, fast and polite service, sooooo good in pricing, free delivery. “Although we will not install until August, we were very pleased with the quality of the Sagittarius Nice Thermostatic shower and riser and the matching Bath Filler and Basin tap. The delivery was extrememly quick and the packaging was superb, probably the best packed purchases we have ever made. Will post further review when installed.. Mike Humphreys Very, very pleased.”

“Very prompt to answer the phone and knowledgeable on the products sold. Not only that, i needed some information and parts sent to me for the following day and the person i spoke to took my name and said they would look out for my order to process it from their supplier straight away. I received an email to confirm this and the parts arrived the next day as planned. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend Taps Empire. I have overseen a build project myself at home using numerous suppliers and they have been one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.”
