“The order arrived very promptly & was just what we wanted, my plumber fitted it the same day. Slight problem was the cold lever went backwards instead of coming forwards as the hot. Reported on 26/02/20, had email to say new cold valve would be sent to me directly from the manufacturers, & it arrived on Saturday 29/02/20. Very impressed with overall.”

“Fantastic! I ordered the brass/bronze finish bridge kitchen taps yesterday afternoon, and they arrived the next day! They look exactly as the photos. Stunning :) It was packed very well in a secure sturdy box with the taps encased in foam packing. I would definitely have no hesitation in ordering from taps empire again. Great service , good price.”
