“My order was exactly what I wanted as decried in the site and the price was also stated in total. Delivery was as stated when I talked with the staff at TE. For security I paid online as this is TE policity. My item arrived with reliable carried. Checked and fitted item which is great, I would use TE again. Note price for my item was very good compared to other Bathroom companies.”

“I would never buy from this supplier… I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations”
