“Taps Empire have the ability to source the product that you need at a competitive price. This was again the case for my recent purchase of a Vitra product and a very scarce Grohe product. The former came next day, and the latter eventually came after a two week search. But I got it in the end! Both arrived well packed and in pristine condition.”

“Sink delivered without fittings and therefore had to cancel plumber who had been booked to fit it. Customer services refused to provide any recompense and tried to shift blame to a supplier. Plenty of other companies available with better customer services!”
