“I ordered a sink and it was advertised as black, it arrived and was good quality but it was anthracite. Took a while but eventually they came back with, it is the right colour you received. Well no, black is not anthracite, after several emails and phone calls and several days having to chase them, they finally picked up the old sink and refunded me in full”

“Bought a belfast sink and tap from Tap N Shower. The sink was quite a bit cheaper than other shops so was a little nervous but its perfect. Lovely quality. i also bought a tap which looks very smart and at a great price. Ordered on Friday arrived on Wednesday. Thank you”
