“I ordered and paid for a grohe tap boiling water unit on the 15/09/20 with a delivery date of 3-7 days, eventually delivered 03/10/20. 🤨 not sure where the fault lies but obviously not very happy.”

“I was asked to leave a review, yet still not received the item orderd, so don't really know how to review this yet, not looking good at the moment, not been given a tracking number with details of who the delivery is with. this was 9 days ago and the reason it was orderd was it said 1-2 days, with no correspondence regarding delays.”
