“At this time, I can only state that the tap was promptly delivered safely and in good condition. Since I could not arrange for a plumber until after its arrival, I am now awaiting installation. Hopefully, this will be within the 14 days I am allowed in which to return it if there is a problem. As a standard Grohe product, off the shelf, I am not anticipating any issue with the product. I was disappointed to see that web site prices are stated WITHOUT VAT and delivery charges until the checkout stage is reached. (But still a good price nevertheless)”

Thank you Michael for this kind review, we are happy to hear that your tap arrived safely. i would just like to make you aware that there is the option to check delivery costs before purchase, there is a tab that says ''delivery cost'' next to the product information tab, you simply click this tab, enter your post code and street address and you will get an exact delivery costing, i would also like to clarify that all of our prices displayed on the website ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT. “Love the site, huge range of just about everything you could need for your plumbing job . I needed to replace a 22 yr old external trivi shower control valve. Hay presto , they had one . I ordered and was delivered in 48 hrs in excellent condition. Plus there’s an online chat option to help If you need help with your purchase. Five stars from me”

“Unit arrived faulty with poor water flow, contacted the company for a refund but palmed me off saying that as the shower head had been installed and used (literally 10 seconds of water going through it!!) it was now a warranty issue with Grohe, thanks for your help!! AVOID”

My apologies that you feel our service was not sufficient regarding the issue you had. Upon investigating this we feel that this review is unfair. Our customer services team contacted Grohe after receiving your complaint of a faulty shower head. We were informed by Grohe that as you had installed the shower head that you would need to contact them directly regarding the issue as they like to confirm that the item in question is indeed faulty and has not simply been installed incorrectly or there is insufficient water pressure for the shower head to work at its optimum performance, if it is concluded that the shower head is faulty a free of charge replacement will be shipped directly to you via Grohe. This is also common practice with a lot of manufacturers. We have since received conformation from Grohe that the issue has now been resolved.
