“Delivery very quick. Having had a complete bathroom refit done with all of the materials all over the house I wasn’t able to open the item immediately. When I did it was badly damaged and as I couldn’t open it within a set timescale they won’t refund me which I think is really poor given I explained the circumstances of upheaval.”

“Pleasant company to deal with. Order arrived extremely quickly and a small query with an item was answered very quickly too. We haven't fitted sink or taps yet but the items look as good as we were hoping for. Would recommend.”

“Would have been 5 stars but I had to chase the company to find out my delivery date. As it happened, delivery was 3 days after ordering which was pretty impressive. The item, a Bristan 1901 surface shower mixer was well wrapped & as expected & also the best price I could find online.”
