“Ordered a Bristan shower valve at a very good price and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately the valve needed to be exchanged due to a defect (not the fault of Tap ‘n Shower) The help desk quickly arranged a replacement and it arrived quickly and they collected the defect at the same time. Excellent customer service with no quibble whatsoever; would use them again and highly recommend this firm.”

“Having purchased a vanity unit and heated towel rail delivery was within a week. Unfortunately a toilet was delivered instead of the unit and a week later I am still waiting for the replacement unit and collection of the toilet. Help by email has been reasonable but in spite of various promises re delivery nothing has arrived. I will review the products when in situ.”

“Delivery charges unreasonable for small items and the return/refund process is unnecessarily complicated and lengthy. It took 4 weeks to receive my refund after returning the item after reminding them I’d still not received the funds in my account. The initial postage cost is also not refunded + you’ll have to pay to return the item meaning that it will cost you a minimum of £15 just in postage costs if you decide to return an item . On this basis I can’t recommend.”
