“Very responsive, help and the prices for what I wanted (Faral Radiators) were very good. They also helped me source a size of radiator that wasn't on their website. When I followed up on delivery dates, they got back in touch with me when they said they would.”

“We still have not received an order that has been delayed time and time again. I've received this review request before I've even had the goods delivered. You don't have a system to assist, track or inform regarding deliveries. My Company will never place another order with you and will begin warning other genuine buyers by way of reviews.”

“I rang up to check stock and likely delivery period and then ordered online. The item, a Bristan thermostatic shower mixer, arrived on schedule and well packaged so I'm very happy with the service. Can't say how well it works because I'm waiting for a plumber to fit it.”
