“I ordered a tap water filter from Tap n Shower. The product was exactly as required and was the cheapest I could find on line. Delivery was swift and the product was well packaged. I will certainly use them again.”

“Order accepted with a deliver of 3 - 7 days. The following day advised of a delay of a further 11 days. Seems to me they accepted the order knowing full well they couldn't deliver but hoped I wouldn't go elsewhere. As I was in no hurry I stayed with this order and it was delivered on the amended date in excellent condition.”

“Price wise Tap 'n' Shower are head and shoulders above the competition. They could be better with communication however as our tap was out of stock but we weren't notified which meant we were waiting over a month between order date and delivery date.”

“Very happy I choose to purchase from TapnShower. My items were available from others but the promptness and professional email replies to my enquiries moved TapnShower to the top of my list. Items priced a very little bit more than the others and delivery a little bit more costly, but well worth the customer service received and the way the items were packed for safe delivery. Highly recommend and I will definitely always use TapnShower.”

“Poor customer service. I ordered a shower due to the delivery being 2-3 days and paid £20 delivery. After 5 days I had to contact them asking if the shower had been dispatched, to be told that it was out of stock and they hadn't got their delivery and didnt know when it would be in. I had to make contact 2 more times before I got a call to say it was back in stock. So it arrived nearly 3 weeks late and I was told they couldn't refund me the £20 delivery. I won't be ordering anything from this company again.”

“P shape bath panel came on within 48 hours. The panel did not fit the contour of the bath, probably because the p shape bath I was fixing it to was an old model. Any how I'm a competent builder and I made it fit. I used a cordless angle grinder with a diamond blade. Worked a treat.”
