“Good prices and good service. The first part of the order was delivered promptly. Did have to phone to check when the other item was to be delivered. Able to get through easily and delivery made the next day.”

“It took over a week after ordering to inform me of no stock, no refund was offered, and a further 6 weeks to receive the item. It arrived in a beaten/broken box but undamaged.”

“I requested additional information before ordering a replacement Vitra toilet seat. I found the sales department was very helpful in answering my query. I placed an order and was advised that the item had been dispatched on a Friday for next-day delivery. The courier service was Evri. The following Wednesday I received an email at 1237 saying that my delivery would arrive between 1200-1400. Not a great deal of notice. The bottom line, the product is first class. The courier service leaves a lot to be desired”

“Items fine but one part not included which I didn't feel was clear on the listing, e.g., the part is shown in the installation guide on the listing but nowhere does it say this should be purchased separately, which obviously I'd have done if I'd known. Also DPD delivery was awkward and inflexible, other couriers provide a far better service in my view. If you've just paid almost £1000 on the basis something will be delivered to you it's quite annoying when it is in fact taken to a remote location far from where you actually live without you having any say in the matter. Not a great website and not a good courier either. Shame because the range of products on offer is good, but not much good if they're poorly described on the website and then difficult to get your hands on after you've paid for them. Two stars rather than one because I can't fault the items which did eventually arrive.”
