“Delivery of my order was slower than expected - 7 working days rather than the over-optimistic 1-2 days stated on the Tap 'n Shower website. That said, my items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.”

“Very poor experience. Purchased a toilet seat. After purchasing, received an email saying it was out if stock, I would have appreciated knowing this before purchasing, but not a big issue by itself. When the seat arrived I had been sent the wrong one. Again not a big issue by itself. Called customer service to ask for the correct seat to be sent and how to return the wrong one, message states the phone line isn't working. Again not by itself a big issues. I send an email detailing the situation and receive an automated reply acknowledging receipt of email say someone will be in touch "usually within 24 hours", a week later still no response so an additional message was added on the messaging function on the website. Still no response. Day 10. This isn't good customer service and overall the issues have now mounted up to a very poor experience. Given 1 star as this review couldn't be submitted without it.”

“The taps were exactly what we were looking for. Aside from the new cold water tap being too loose which was corrected via another washer (not supplied), it was a good purchase”

“Never used Tap and Shower before but will again. Great communication. Had a delay on a product but there was no hesitation in keeping me informed. Options to wait / cancel were open to me with a refund if required. Super prices too so what’s not to like. Great work. Thank you.”

“Excellent price but when phoned to follow up delivery from Merlyn the girl said she would call back on delivery date. She did not and we had to contact Merlyn as it was a such a delay on the delivery from the purchase date.”

“Good wide selection of products across all makes with a few good value buys. Slight negative was the slow delivery. We had to chase the order, after a week, but a prompt response meant we got the taps 2 days later, well packaged.”
