“We purchased a Hansgrohe shower of the specs we wanted, which was very hard to find elsewhere. Top quality shower and excellent service from Tap'nshower. Took only 7 days. Excellent communication from them with immediate answer by email when I asked for delivery date. Would recommend.”

“Tap ordered 28/01 and described as "available" but hearing nothing when I emailed an enquiry I was eventually informed that it was expected in the UK 20/02 - before being dispatched to me. Strange idea of availability. Fortunately it arrived slightly earlier on Valentine's Day. However, the tap came with an additional item, a Doulton water filter kit which I already possessed and certainly did not want and could not persuade the company to accept back. The filter was mentioned in the small(er) print so I would advise any prospective purchaser to beware.”
