“Ordered a kitchen tap and realised it was going to be shipped from the manufacturer (believe the term is 'drop-shipping'). The detail of what this means is on their website. Basically, order fulfillment isn't guaranteed as they have no sight of available inventory. There are a load of horrible reviews here that go on about it. I called Customer Services (during their opening hours), got straight through to a friendly person who was able to advise whether the supplier had accepted the order and were shipping - even provided an estimated delivery date. Tap arrived, well packaged when they said it would arrive. Appreciate that there will be many different experiences and I didn't need the tap within days, hours or minutes but, I'm very happy with the service and the product.”

“I am not disappointed with the items but the after service I bought the items then didnt need a couple when i tried to return they wouldnt let me its taken 3 weeks to do my bathroom so 14 days is ridiculous”

“Courier arrived on day seated and within timescale. Both men were polite and the package was brought to my door. No visible damage and the sink was well protected and in perfect order. Well done all round”

“What I ordered online was marked as available in stock and delivery time would be 1-2 days, which turned out to be nearly 3 weeks. Tap 'n Shower never once answered the phone on the multiple times I called. They never responded to any of my emails either when I made an enquiry to check on my order. The live chat service never worked. Very poor service indeed.”

“Said in-stock on websit, delivery in 3 days. When checking progress after 2 days, was told, it was arriving at warehouse the next day should be with 3 days later, Not impressed.”

“I purchased toilet seat, got it out of the packaging, went to fix it and noticed a crack on the rim. Because I had opened it and removed the wrapping, I couldn't return it. The crack is now right through the rim.”
