“Initially we had problems with the delivery as the tap got lost in transit and then was out of stock. Spoke with the company, they sorted out the problem immediately and given an alternative tap which looks amazing and came very quickly. We are very happy the service we received.”

“Whilst their prices are undeniably competitive, their customer service is pretty lax. They offer products with a "1 to 2 day" DELIVERY guideline, yet don't have them in stock, so there is absolutely NO WAY that they could deliver some items in 1 day and would severely struggle to do so within 2 days also, when they're having to wait for a delivery themselves of the items I ordered. After over a week, I contacted them to chase up my "1 to 2 day" delivery from order, only to be advised that they'd still not received the goods in themselves, but had chased it up earlier that day, blaming Bristan for Bristan's delay excuses. The response to my chase-up was prompt, however and I did receive a reimbursement of the delivery charge, but it begged the question as to why they didn't liaise with the customer when they'd realised they were nearly a week over their stated guideline delivery lead-time. That said, I was advised that the goods would arrive the subsequent day, which they did, well packaged and as ordered, so 'light at the end of the tunnel'. Be wary of their advised delivery lead-times, however. Misleading delivery lead-times makes matters worse, when re-selling to other customers.”

“I had to chase my order the 2nd time i complained they finally sent it. It was larger than what the description said it was. When i complained of the size, they insisted it was correct. It even looks bigger. I will not be using them again”

“My wife found Tap n shower online when we bought 3 shower traps for our renovation, they came on time and as described . As they had proved themselves to be a trustworthy company we placed a much larger order of more shower/bathroom/toilet items which arrived on time in perfect condition, I need a few more items to complete my renovation and will be using this company again !”
