“Fantastic service, fast delivery and very helpful staff. I had actually made the mistake of ordering the incorrect bath screen for my bath, Tap 'n Shower realised my mistake and called me to check before shipping my order. Saving me the cost of return and an additional delivery charge to get the correct one. 5* all the way from me. Will deffo recommend and use again.”

“Ordered a Roca toilet system based on price after checking other reviews. The wait time was short with a prompt dispatch email. Now here is where it could have really affected my comments; had to phone because no tracking number but very helpful coms about date/time - became clear haulage company network at fault had to chase on the day of delivery because it was late, again great help over the phone - again haulage company fault, driver owned up to him not checking it had been loaded as he had to return to local depot again for it. toilet was damaged - but again great customer service, another was sourced and delivered quickly, therefore l rate this company highly because of their prompt curtious action to my issues and always being at the end of the phone.”
