“Great company to deal with. I received an incorrect item which was not the fault of Tap N Shower but that of their supplier. The error was quickly corrected thanks to Teti-sheri of Tap N Shower and correct part was sent on a next day delivery service. Their customer service is of the highest standard and I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Very competitively priced but took a little longer to arrive than initially estimated although arrived 10 days earlier than advised. Seller was open about delivery time when contacted so If you need your product quickly probably best to contact the nice helpful lady on the contact number .”

“I ordered a tap from tap n shower. They advertise delivery time as 2-3 working days. It took 10 days to get to me. The customer service will give you different times of when the delivery should arrive with no tracking. Terrible service!”

“Ordered a radiator at a very competitive price ,arrived as stated direct from the supplier, unfortunately on inspection it was found to be damaged. Contacted Tap’n Shower who arranged for a replacement with no quibble the replacement arrived two days later Excellent service”
