“Dear Sirs, I wrote to you on Monday 31st stating that We have not received our order as yet. Our delivery was due on Thursday 27th January 2022 but it did not arrive. we left for a Skiing holiday on 28th Jan and we have been back since Friday 4th of February. Could I please ask if you could arrange for another delivery?. PS I had no reply from you to my email of 31st of Jan.”

“Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a kitchen tap from them on the 22nd Jan and was expecting delivery in 1 to 2 days as promised as it was in stock. After 6 days I tried to ring them but got an answer phone message saying because of covid ...... (blah blah blah) there was no one available to answer the calls and to email instead - which I did. I got a reply saying they had not received a delivery from their supplier but would expect to send me my order in a couple of days. I received the tap in a very battered box that had obviously been opened before (tear in the opening flap). I have yet to fit the tap as I had to get a cheap one to get me by but my question to this company is do you actually keep anything in stock as your website is very misleading?”

“I placed my first ever order on Tap'n Shower UK Ltd having found them during an internet search. I wished to buy a Vado Slide Rail Kit for a shower upgrade. The item was competitively priced and the delivery arrived in line/conformance with website information. I will shop with Tap'n Shower UK Ltd in the future and would recommend them based on my expierience to date.”

“The products were high quality as expected. The prices were competitive. Dispatch was slow and I had to chase. Customer service was then helpful and informative. Overall a good experience but dispatch could be quicker and better communication if a product has gone out of stock so dispatch will be delayed. Would however recommend and would happily order again.”
