“Great service during online chat and ordering. Came slightly sooner than expected. Delivery driver was a bit miserable but I'm not sure that is your responsibility 👍🏼”

“Fantastic company!! Really went out of their way to accommodate our requirements (i am not easy to deal with) they were helpful and polite at all times. I found their website easy to use with thousands of different products to choses from. The best thing about this website that i found is that when an item is advertised as in stock on their website it is actually in stock in their building and not with the manufacturer, i've been mis lead by this many times before with other companies. Will definitely be using again!!!!”

“At this time, I can only state that the tap was promptly delivered safely and in good condition. Since I could not arrange for a plumber until after its arrival, I am now awaiting installation. Hopefully, this will be within the 14 days I am allowed in which to return it if there is a problem. As a standard Grohe product, off the shelf, I am not anticipating any issue with the product. I was disappointed to see that web site prices are stated WITHOUT VAT and delivery charges until the checkout stage is reached. (But still a good price nevertheless)”
