“Good prompt service from retailer. A bit disappointed that the product is Mainly plastic with a chrome finish considering the cost (as I bought two) and lack of installation instructions, especially in terms of connection details and dimensions .”

“Speedy delivery despite some items noted as taking 1-2 days to dispatch. Able to track the parcel and was given a 1 hour time slot or option to change day etc. Very pleased with items and at a great price when compared with other online retailers. Will definitely use again 😁”

“Not happy due to delay in despatch arrived a week later please can I have a refund on postage plus refund for inconvenience of not only been put out but having to rearrange delivery and to top it off no signature was ask for but states on email signature was given not the case I await your reply thank you”

“Very good prices of quality products & quick delivery but service could do with being better. Email received stating item dispatched on 24 hour delivery. My online order status was showing 2-3 days delivery. No tracking number was provided so I clicked the online chat button to clarify but they never replied. My items did arrive the next day but it would have helped to have a tracking number. And why have an online chat button if nobody is available to chat?”
