“Our journey from manual recruitment to an automated ATS as a company has not been straightforward, as our processes have been set up to be bespoke to a smaller company, which then grown in size and scale organically. It would not have been at all possible without the support of the team at Talos who have honestly been excellent to work with, from start to finish. In particular Kevin Steed, who took on the task of account managing us dealing with our changing needs. Despite his obvious work load, Kevin will always make himself free to speak with me about our needs, even post- config stage, and is so knowledgeable that I've yet to come to ho with a problem that he doesn't have a suitable soloution for. He is an asset to the Talos team. I would have no hesitation recommending Talos to anyone on a journey similar to our business.”

“Having worked with Talos360 for over 3 years, I've always been very happy with their drive to continually develop the product offering, and the support functions working alongside this. The Support Teams are friendly, personable, and always ready to provide solutions... building strong customer relationships with myself and the wider team. Talos360 is an agile ATS provider and caters to our sometimes ambiguous requests. We are not a "typical" customer, having two pillars to our recruitment need that are supported by Talos360. The first is a regular / contingency recruitment process for our landside vacancies. The second is an international recruitment machine attracting global talent to join our shipboard retail teams, typically looking to hire about 50 people a week. We are reassured by Talos360 as they provide a solution that is tailored to both. I would recommend Talos360 to anyone considering changing their ATS.”

“I have had an amazing experience with Talos360 my recruitment agent Lewis Blakemore went above and beyond to get me a position that I was very interested in , he called and kept everything up to date outside his working hours and done check ups at 8/9pm When he isn’t being paid for it , Highly recommended if you need a job and for an agent to be on the ball and also make your experience exciting and straightforward and also personal then Lewis is the man for the job He needs to get a raise or be in a trainer position , as what he does is exactly what to expect from a 5 star recruiting company Thank you again Lewis for your help and I hope for the best in the future , you deserve it”
