Tried a mixed starter pack. 1 of each banana, strawberry and chocolate Tasted awful and somehow dry? Never again. Would not recommend.

Pack of 12 ordered 27th June it's now 25th July and still no delivery...no broth and £66.99 out of pocket...what happens now?

Don't expect it to be delivered next day. Hasn't been dispatched yet. Ordered 2 days ago. Maybe I'll receive it next year

Firstly I ordered on the basis that there was 10 pounds off which was highlighted on the advertisement. However , I was very dissatisfied when the products arrived as I hadn’t realised the discount was on 500ml cartons as I was expecting full sized cartons. Secondly I had inadvertently signed up to a subscription without realising . I am not happy at all with misleading advertising which tricked me into entering a subscription that I didn’t want. I am currently going through cancer treatment so my attention to detail hasn’t been great . I hope this company has the decency to collectc their second delivery or refund me .

I would like to note though, that we are clear on the website that the carton size is 500ml, and that if you choose the option Subscribe & Save 10% that you will receive a monthly delivery. I was really looking forward to trying this bone broth so I ordered six cartons at quite an expense. On tasting it, I was really disappointed at its slightly 'sticky' strong beef flavour and powerful smell that left my stomach feeling very uncomfortable after 15 minutes of drinking it. I've had many bone broths in my time and this is undoubtedly the worst experience to date. I've never had this problem with any other bone broth, I've tried. I wish I could say something postive about it, but sadly, not! 🤷‍♀️

I was delivered 5 instead of 6 cartons and another one in the pack was damaged. So i got 4/6 i purchased. I have tried to contact this company by email several times and instagram but no one has got back to me. Poor service.

The delivery was not delivered to my house even tho I was home. They delivered to a drop of point quite far from my house and I coudnt pick up the product due to illness. I chased them about 4 times and only then they replied and arranged a refund.

Have emailed multiple times as I have not received my order of £33 powdered broth. DPD advised me to go through Freja but im not getting any responses so now ive lost my money.

I ordered the powder, assuming since it is advertised as ‘tasty’ that it would taste the same as the liquid. However it has a very subtle (almost like warm water but not quite), rancid taste. Dishwater like! Disappointing!

Company is a scam. BEWARE. I replaced an order on the 9th of August 2023 and PAID £5.99 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY which is today 10th of August 2023 and they took my money and never delivered it. They sent only the data details to DPD courier and not my parcel. When I registered my details with them they have the irony and the guts to put on my account that my parcel was delivered WHEN IT IS NOT TRUE. THIEVES. SCAMMERSNOT RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately it's not viable for us to send out single cartons due to a number of reasons including higher risk of a single carton being damaged in transit. However, if you would like find your nearest stockist feel free to email our customer service team on hello@frejafoods.com to provide us with your postcode - you would then have the option to buy single cartons of our broth. Delivery never turned up! The fault lies with the Post Office - they sent me a photo of the delivery ‘left in a safe place’ where is this safe place, it’s certainly not the communal area of my apartments!!!
