“My partner and I were in dire need of a dog walker, but he was somewhat apprehensive about getting a dog walker from some random corner of the internet. We both felt much more comfortable when we saw that Tailster has some means of ensuring our dog's safety when people walk him. The two walkers we have had have been prompt and professional. and doted on our dog as if he was their own. Dexter has been much happier and better socialized as a result, which makes all three of us happy.”

“I used Tailster to help find a dog walker that would also be able to train the two dogs that I own. I was able to chose from the local careers that sent me quotes. I managed to meet with very good walker that we're all very happy with.”

“I have a big dog (Rottweiler) so was worried about leaving him with a stranger to go on long walks with but after their third walk together he absolutely loves her and they get on really well. He has insurance while they're out together aswell which is great incase anything happens. All good so far, really happy.”

“The service itself is good. However i find the app and website confusing when msgs are exchanged between sitters and pet owners. Also i cant seem to change my details anywhere on the app or website. I just dont see the option. What if i want to change my card details?”

“The dog walkers I have engaged through Tailster are excellent and punctual and my pooch appears to enjoy his strolls with them. The dog boarder with whom my dog lodged whilst I was on holiday was likewise excellent. The company’s website has significant shortcomings. It's poorly designed and rather chaotic and I find it difficult to list my requirements and to book.”

“I've booked several pet sitters through Tailster and I've always had a good experience. Once when I didn't get any good quotes, the people at Tailster got in touch with me and offered to do another search for sitters. The service is great, and I love that I as a pet owner don't have to pay anything plus the pet sitter is automatically insured.”

“We used tailster for the first time looking for a dog border to look after Archie, we easily and quickly set up an account, we received 5 requests to look after him, we chose one, and was very satisfied with the outcome, we will be recommending tailster to friends and family. Thank you very much. We had one happy dog.”

“Very useful when my regular walker couldn't sit our dog. I posted up the requirement and got a few quotes pretty quickly. The only problem I find is updating information is not available unless on desktop and not mobile and the messages are sometimes slow to come through the app. Thanks”

“I first visited Tailster following a recommendation from a friend. I had moved to a new village, didn't know anybody and phoning around numbers found on Google just wasn't working. So after a week of being on Taillster I was messaged by Scott my now dog walker. Five star service and nothing too much trouble. Most importantly my dog is being cared for and she is safe and happy. Highly recommend Tailster.”
