“I discoved Tailster.com with a Google search when I was desperate for a last minute catsitter before flying to NYC on Easter weekend. Within, an hour of posting my spec, I received 3 responses from friendly looking people. I went with the one with the most positive reviews, Lucy Deakin. She was very accommodating, and came to my house early the next morning for a meeting before my flight. She took very good care of my cat, sent me lots of updates and the flat was in good order when I returned. Tailster really saved me at the last minute when most of my usual catsitters were either with family or out of town. I will definitely use it again in future!”

“Jess from Tailster is a born animal lover and my dog Prince relaxed with her straight away. I never worried about him over the 2 days he was with Jess because I could see they were a good match. Jess is a real find and I hope to be leaving Prince in her capable care whenever I need boarding for him. A big 'Thank you'.to Tailster for making the whole process so straightforward yet thorough - especially the daily photos and updates of the pet carers.”

“When the friend who looked after our Cocker Spaniel Luca two days a week broke her wrist we were worried we would have to leave him at home all day on his own on the days my wife works. But after downloading the Tailster app and listing our request we soon had two offers of dog walking, and selected Sam who has turned out to be ideal. She sends me photos after every walk, Luca is happy, and I can pay weekly via the Tailster app. Plus we are covered by Tailster's insurance. I am a very happy client.”

“I'm so happy I stumbled across this site a few months back when I was pondering with the idea of finding someone to help with walking Ivy ( my Westie ). I was a little nervous using someone we didn't know. The site put me in touch with several people that were within my area, a brief meeting was arranged with a young lady called Sofi, she came to visit with Ivy and bonded straight away, any anxieties I had were soon dispelled, Sofi is absolutely delightful, so helpful and friendly that I extended the length of time I needed help as Ivy was loving her time with Sofi. Some of our friends from my local park have since told me how friendly Sofi was and how she was completely focused on Ivy and her needs. Ivy always came home pretty tired so I knew she was getting plenty of exercise in the hours she spent with sofi. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tailster again, I've even been asked by some friends how I came to find Sofi, so I've passed on Tailster details. It certain takes the stress out of who is looking after your beloved pet..”

“It was easy to access both the tailster fb page as well as the tailster app. We were very satisfied with our carer Katie who was both professional and approachable and obviously cares very deeply for her animals. We will be using tailster again for the peace of mind and also Katie.”

“We can go for vacation without worrying about our beloved cats. Our whole experience with Tailster.com was amazing : started a listing, got a quote and met our care taker in couple days Our girls loved her and they didn't complain when we were away . Everything worked flawlessly.”
