“Great way to find help with walking your dog or looking after your cats while you are away. Prices are good and carers are insured and helpful.I had three videos of my dogs walk and live texting. Best way to look after your pets. I will definitely be using Tailster again.”

“I used tailster for the first time in March 2019 for our energetic zuchon. She is definatly part of the family and I wanted to find someone who would treat her as we do and it didn't take me long to find the perfect boarder for her. We were sent lots of lovely photos of Maddy having fun whilst we were on holiday , which made my daughter very happy and we could see through tracked walks that she was getting plenty of exercise. So we were more than happy. For me the added bonus that by using tailster , Maddy was fully insured and so if she needed to visit the vet it would all be sorted out through the border and tailster, this is a service that when researching other sites I found wasn't offered and so was an added bonus that wasn't reflected in the price. I am already using tailster to book Maddy's next visit to the border.”

“Tailster was very easy to use and was really convenient for us. Our original plans for a dog sitter fell through so we thought we would struggle finding the care last minute but within a few days we had found someone that we felt comfortable leaving our dog with.”

“Easy to set up your listing , the menus guide you through. Local persons respond until you find the right one, you can pause or stop the listing when you need . Tailster encourages you to chat to the responders to make sure they meet your needs , no pressure at all. When ready , you accept the offer from the provider you choose and it’s done. The listing is set up as a recurring transaction, you receive an itemised bill for any services used weekly. The helpline actually works, and any issues are sorted immediately. Very helpful.”

“Trailster was absolutely fantastic for being able to find a range of suitable dog caters in the area. It worked really well. My only negative is, we picked a long term carer who has our dog 3 days a week every week, the way we pay is by tipping up our account regularly and once that money has gone we top up again. However, there is no way of us being able to check what our account balance is which makes it really tricky to manage. If there’s a way this could be incorporated into the eh app it would be perfect! Other than that, it’s great.”
