“Very happy with Tailster as they provided a diverse collection of careers for me to choose from. This was the first time I had left my little rescue dog and I was very worried - I needn't have been! Jet was very well looked after and I came back to a happy little dog.”

“The look and feel of the site seams great and the service is really good, to begin with. The problem I have is that once all the details are taken and, luckily a dog walker is found the site actually is quite confusing. You have to look at it from a customers side, a first time user wanting to make a booking or just simply make a payment. I have two small successful businesses and both are mainly on line so I think the concept is fine and looks clean but in the end its too complicated. That may be just in the beginning but a lot of people are really busy and will give up after trying a couple of times. Competition as a dog walker site is fierce and you have to make it super easy to use from the start if you want to stay successful! Its a great site and I am happy with the dog walker I found.”

“The carer that Taister introduced us to is perfect for our pets. She cared for them exceptionally well, giving medication, having play-time and keeping in touch with us with photos and messages about our pets.”
