“After having a terrible experience with my last dog carer I was having trouble finding one around my area that I could trust as I would feel so guilty about letting my dog, Maxy Moo, down again. Through Tailster, Jackie from Woofs and Whiskers, had contacted me and 7 months down the line Maxy Moo and myself couldn't be any happier with her. I would definitely recommend Tailster to anyone trying to find a dog carer/walker.”

“Amazing organisation so professional in every aspect we waited 16 months to find something like this. A lifeline for whole family supporting a terminally ill patient to stay in his home with his little dog. Nothing like this around if only adult care was so professional and easy to organise. Staff are amazing and our walker is fantastic so much empathy more than a pet service .thank you so much.”

“First off the app is simple. It provides a really solid communication platform too. You'll want to know if someone has quoted, seen your ad and ultimately when you book what they are doing. We had maps showing walks and pics of our dog and sitter.”

“Great tool to find trusted pet care in the area. Really straight forward to list your requirements and all information clearly displayed and accessible to be able to view carers details. Only reason rating is not 5 stars is because the system is quite inflexible if bookings require cancellation or amendment. There should maybe be an option to pay for trial walks separately as they have not been to the regular times and days which our recurring booking will be.”

“My first ever dog and he's very precious to us. Through Tailster, I have found a lovely guy to come in and walk my cockapoo for an hour each day, whilst we're out at work. He is reliable, trustworthy and absolutely brilliant with the dog. He also offers me advice on training and care. He loves the dog and it shines through. I'd thoroughly recommend Tailster, my experience so far is nothing but positive!”
