“My dog Jess was looked after for 5 day. After the initial meet up I was happy to leave her. During the time of care I was given multiple updates on how she was doing. Also plenty of photos of her enjoying herself. What I really liked was how easy it was to get a carer and how the process was so quick. I will definitely use them again.”

“Great service. Great communication. Reliable, friendly and caring sitter. Our pet was very happy and we had absolute peace of mind while we were away. Loved the photo updates too. Would definitely recommend Tailster to anybody and will certainly use again. Thank you.”

“Tailster was really easy to join and arrange a dog minder for when we went on holiday. We were kept updated by our dog carer whilst we were abroad and this really helped us to enjoy our holiday knowing that our dog was happy and well cared for.”

“So pleased to discover Tailster. Our usual dog carer had moved away and we were very reluctant to use kennels. Found Tailster by chance and thought we would see what happened. Almost straight away we had 2 offers to look after our dog. Communication was great throughout - Tailster thought of everything. Great peace of mind with approved carers and insurance too. We met our dog's carer a couple of times before our booking and felt reassured by the whole process. We had regular photo updates while we were away - I think our dog had a holiday too! And the cost was very reasonable too. Will certainly use Tailster again.”

“From the moment I discovered the Tailster web site, I have been amazed by their efficiency, and professionalism!! ... Having never left my 1 year old dog before, I was extremely nervous at the prospect of leaving him with a "stranger" for 13 days, but each time I spoke to a member of staff, I was reassured, and given excellent advise!! I was given a choice of minders, and the whole experience was amazing!!. I have no hesitation in recommending Tailster, to anyone looking for reasonably priced dog care!! ..My experience was great!!”

“The process of using Tailster was simple and quick, I was contacted the same day with quotes from potential dog sitters, we finally decided on Kelly after a meet and greet, our dog Maggie took to Kelly instantly. We have returned home from holiday within in last few days and Maggie seems totally happy and well cared for, we will definately use Tailster and Kelly again.”
