“This made the process simple and easy. The boarder was fantastic and approachable. The only issue was that microsoft EU had issues that prevented access to the site. However, it was very easy to contact the support staff via the telephone number and twitter, which helped immensely.”

“We've found two great reliable dog walkers through this app! We can't afford to pay normal dog walking companies as we need our greyhound walked daily, so Tailster really enabled us to get a dog! Thanks Tailster!”

“This was the first time I have used such a service and I was extremely happy with the results. We had the dogsitter contact us within a day and she was amazing. Tailster facilitated everything and we met her before hand. Our dogs loved her and so did we. We felt comfortable knowing that that we had the support of the Tailster team throughout the process.”

“Tailster has made my life easier when it came to arranging a cat sitter over the Christmas break: the platform offers a good range of pet carers who can be met before booking the service. Also, the fact that the payment is put on hold until the service is complete and released upon satisfaction of the customer ensures higher engagement of the cares. I strongly recommend it.”

“Used Tailster once so far and was happy with the service cat sitter provided. As for the Tailster itself I would like them to improve their helpline as it’s different to get hold of them. Also their lines should be open during the weekends too.”
