“Despite searching for a cat carer at often at late notice, the Tailster service has enabled me to obtain several quotes from local people in a short space of time. Prompt & regular communication is provided from both the individual carers & Tailster customer services when needed. I've been happy with the service so far. Thank you!”

“Reasonably priced and easy to use. The system lets you set up a listing for what you need and then it is like a tender based approach that matches you with people who express an interest and provide rates. We have completed our first experience over this December through Tailster. I was very satisfied with both the whole process of how it was handled (reminders on important points and good communication process that made me feel safer) and the actual dogsitter herself. She provided regular updates, was very on it, and my pooch seemed happy when I picked her up after a 17 day stay. Thank you, will come back!”

“App is fab! The only issue is direct debits wich as a guest I’m unable to cancel.i would more appreciate if I can schedule weekly payment myself and organise the price weeklyas some weeks might require more or less hours/walks. Also contact number would be a help especially when your booking is already confirm in case of emergency. Rether then that more then satisfy with the app! Thank you 🙏🏻”
