“Very helpful app that has saved us a few times when we needed a dog walker at the last minute. Also, friendly, reactive staff that seem to really care about their customers. We would highly recommend Tailster :)”

“When I discovered this great app I stoped looking for a dogwalker elsewhere, Its so easy to create the profile and use its hassle free and the messages are instant too, I have recommended to all my friends who have pets my favourite feature is the walk tracker and the pictures upload where you get to see how your dog is getting on. Thank you very much for creating Tailster saved me and my partner a lot of time and our dog is very happy!”

“Tailster was easy to use. Possible carers for my dog responded within one hour who live close by. Their App is user-friendly and the call back to check if you are happy is fab service. Connected well with new dog carer. All going well and the insurance element is re-assuring.”

“Laura was a fabulous cat sitter. She kept us informed all the way with texts and lovely photos of our puss cat. She was so caring and we are delighted to have found her. Lovely lovely lady.”

“I managed to find responsible and professional people who took care of my cats when i was away. knowing that my pets are insured and my money is protected by tailster until the end of the booking made it less stressful. everything went perfectly fine and i will definitely use the app again.”

“I feel safe in the fact that Tailster do all the 'paperwork' and keep an eye on proceedings. They are an easy company to deal with and I have been more than happy with my pet carer, who sends me photos and tells me everything that has gone on whilst he is working for me.”

“Tailster was really easy to use and autonomous. I even received a call from their London based staff to make sure everything was okay and to further explain how the whole process works. You can see the whole walk tracked on google maps and pictures can be uploaded and sent via email. Complete piece of mind!”

“The Pet Lady is everything you want in a dog sitter. First of all she's great with dogs, our boisterous dog Bud calmed down immediately as she walked through the door, Bud seemed to have a good time with her. Finally The Pet Lady is a really nice person, she is punctual and thorough and I would recommend her to dog walk or pet sit anyone's furry four legged friend.”

“Tailster was the exact service I was looking for- easy to use, and easy to find a cat sitter too. I received several quotes from various people and I liked that I was able to read their reviews before meeting them. The person we chose was great with our cats and sent us picture updates too.
