“I always struggle to find people I trust to look after my elderly cat when I go away. This time I came across Tailster and I have been delighted with the service. The App is great, really simple to use, staff were friendly and helpful on the phone when I called with a query and the lady who came to look after my cat was lovely. I received regular text and photo news about my cat while I was away and I had the reassurance of knowing that she was insured for any emergency vet visits should they be necessary. I will use Tailster again and I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Found our pet sitter very quickly .... did all the introductions and was very happy to book with her for when we went on our holiday. Unfortunately I had to chase for her to be paid and she also chased yourselves. I don't think this is acceptable especially when I had the email requesting monies to be released. She received her money over a week after we had returned. For the pet sitters this must be stressful - I could not recommend and would not use again.”

“They introduced me to a lovely carer called Uvie and now she takes my puppy for a walk every day, without her help and your company it would have been hard for me to return to work. Its been a hard year for me after losing my wife but with your help and Megans new best friend it will a little bit easier in the future.”

“It was my 1st time using dog sitting service my dogs normally go in Kennells but too much stress for them so pleased with animal nanny she took good care of my dogs and kept to there daily routine walks etc also sent us photo and messages let me know my dogs were ok don't have to worry about them in her care have got another booking with her in sept so I can relax and enjoy my holiday knowing my dogs are be cared and loved”
